Quick warmup paint- wanted something embryonic. With the yolk/halo I thought it would be interesting to make it reminiscent of medieval Madonna and Child imagery using modern iconography.
Interlinking biology and spirituality always makes me giggle like a banshee. Ended up having a very strong comfort and security vibe. Sleeping on a pillow of nourishment will do that I guess. Aww :3. [Note that nothing is biologically accurate, kthx] ----- Photoshop. |
